Pinot Noir is a staple variety in Mendocino County. Our cool nights help preserve the delicate fruit that aromas and flavors that make Pinot great! Balancing Pinot fruit with fine french oak was the fundamental focus of this wine. Approachable and classic, it can be enjoyed on a Tuesday, Wednesday or any day for that matter!
 
Tasting Notes: Classic strawberry with a great vanilla and cocoa finish. Delicate enough to have with salmon, but big enough to stand up to a tri-tip. Enjoy!
